We warmly invite you to the 2024 ANZAED Conference in Tāmaki Makaurau, Auckland, and to Let the New Growth Bloom – the theme of our hui (meeting). We will be hosted on Ngāti Whatua land at the Cordis Hotel, and we look forward to welcoming delegates from Australia, Aotearoa New Zealand, and across the globe.
Our guiding Whakatauki (proverb) for this special event is Tūngia te ururoa kia tupu whakaritorito te tutū o te harakeke – to set the overgrown bush alight and let the new flax shoots spring up. This speaks to the importance of making space for our young clinicians and researchers coming through as well as the importance of accepting and embracing the new ideas and practice innovations within the healthcare sphere we work in. We are excited to have you all with us in Tāmaki Makaurau, Auckland in 2024! Emma Thompson & Brittani Beavis 2024 Conference Co-Convenors |
