POSTERS
Posters are to be displayed in a central area throughout the day. A special Poster viewing and presentation period will be available during one session. This will allow delegates to speak to Poster Presenters. Handouts are also encouraged.

Please note: All posters should be no larger than Standard ISO A0 size (841mm x 1189mm). The poster will be placed on vertical assigned spaces or boards.
Adhesive velcro buttons for mounting the presentation on the poster boards will be supplied. Suggestions • Posters should be professionally printed and on one sheet only. • The top line(s) should give the title of your abstract with lettering not less than 2.5 cm/72 points high. • The next line(s) should indicate the authors and their affiliations. • Continue with the introduction, methods, results and discussion as appropriate. The poster should end with conclusions. • Handouts and/or reduced photocopies of your poster for distribution to interested delegates, are always appreciated and should be prepared in advance of the meeting. |
A suggested format is below, but may vary depending on the nature of the presentation. The size, vertical/portrait layout, title, author/s, affiliations and contact details are all required.

Poster Installation & Display Timings (Tentative times)
Our team at the registration desk will assist with putting up your posters, kindly proceed to the registration desk on Friday during the set-up time mentioned below. Your poster will be installed in a prominent position from morning tea on Friday 20 August until afternoon tea on Saturday 21 August.

Friday 20 August 7.30am – 8.30am
All posters are to remain in place for the duration of the Conference.
Poster take down time (Tentative):
Saturday 21 August 3.00pm – 5.30pm
Please note: The Conference Secretariat is not responsible for any poster material left at the conference venue. Posters will be kept at a desk next to the registration desk after they have been taken down on Saturday 21 August, kindly collect your respective posters from this desk by 5.30pm.
Poster Session Viewing Times (Tentative)
It is recommended that presenters are near their poster presentation during catering breaks (morning tea, lunch & afternoon tea) to speak with delegates about their work. During the Poster viewing session, presenters are REQUIRED to be present beside their poster to engage with delegates and discuss the content of their presentation. These times are indicated below and will be advertised in the published program:
